Our Strawberry Cheesecake Paleta is one of our top sellers. Making this paleta begins with the cheese, we use the same cake recipe mixing cream cheese with cream slowly while it warms on the heat, then started to sweeten the mix, in parallel we cut fresh strawberries & macerate them with sugar to make a soft jam, then we blend the strawberry jam with the cheese mix and finally right before we freezing process we add the crackers so we keep them crunchy when you bite them. This Paleta pairs perfectly with white chocolate dipping & graham cracker crumb topping!
